Maximum Crafts – Terms & Conditions

1. About us

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the Maximum Crafts website.

Maximum Crafts is an online craft shop based near Chichester, West Sussex, selling craft dies, papers and related craft products.

Our contact details are available on our website.

2. Ordering from us

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. Your order will be accepted when we confirm that the products have been dispatched, at which point a contract between you and Maximum Crafts will be formed.

We reserve the right to contact you if there is a problem with your order, including if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious error in the price or product description.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment you have made for the unavailable product.

3. Products and descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and prices on our website are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your computer, tablet or phone screen.

Our products are intended for their stated craft purposes. Please check product descriptions and measurements before ordering to ensure that the product is suitable for your needs.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

The price payable is the price shown on the website when you place your order, except where there is an obvious pricing error.

Payment is taken securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible and provide delivery information on our website.

Delivery charges and available delivery options are shown during the ordering process.

We deliver to the UK and may also offer delivery to other countries. International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes that may be imposed by the destination country, where applicable.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you where appropriate.

6. Returns and refunds

Our separate Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures for cancellations, returns and refunds.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Return & Refund Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

In particular, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

For online purchases, eligible customers have statutory cancellation rights in addition to any extended returns period we may offer. Our Return & Refund Policy explains these rights and how to request a return.

7. Personalised or bespoke products

Where a product is personalised or made specifically to a customer's requirements, statutory cancellation rights may not apply in the same way as they do to standard products.

Where this applies, the relevant information will be made clear before you place your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of consumer law.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep our website and product availability information up to date.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide an appropriate refund where we cannot fulfil your order.

9. Website content

The content of the Maximum Crafts website, including photographs, designs, text, logos and other original material, belongs to Maximum Crafts or is used with permission.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify or use our original website content, photographs, designs or branding for commercial purposes without our permission.

10. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any responsibility that we cannot legally exclude or limit.

We remain responsible for ensuring that goods supplied to you meet your legal rights and are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example if our business or the law changes.

The terms that apply to your order will be the terms in force when you place that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects any rights you may have under the laws that apply to you as a consumer.

13. Contact us

If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, your order or our products, please contact us using the contact information provided on the Maximum Crafts website.
